Chalet Etoile

 Chalet Etoile is a large and luxurious, modern (finished November 2008) chalet located in Chinaillon, the upper ski station of Le Grand Bornand in the French Alps. With magnificent uninterrupted views of the mountains and the pistes, Chalet Etoile is the perfect spot for a self catering family skiing holiday in the winter months. In the summer it is ideally placed for walking, mountain biking, climbing and the Tour de France!  It is very peaceful, yet close to all the amenities of a great resort. Le Grand Bornand is located in the heart of the Aravis chain of mountains, less than an hour's drive from Geneva Airport. 

 Chalet Etoile is:

•  a 4/5 bedroom luxury self-catering chalet, sleeping 10-12 guests
•  10 minute walk from the pistes (or 3 minutes on the ski bus that stops outside the chalet)
•  10 minute walk to shops and restaurants in the village of Chinaillon 

Chalet Etoile has:

•  4 bedrooms upstairs and a 5^th bed/TV room with en suite bathroom on the ground floor
•  2 bathrooms with WC, 1 shower room, and 2 seperate WC's
•  a large sitting room with  flat screen TV, surround sound,  quality CD player and ipod dock
•  a large well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar
•  a large garden with BBQ and parking for 3 or 4 cars  

Le Grand Bornand offers:

• a very traditional and well preserved Savoyard village with good modern ski facilities 
•  a full range of winter skiing (81km of downhill ski runs in the village) and summer sports activities.
